1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jilevobd website — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jilevobd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the platform and close any account you may have opened. 3 Account Registration & Security

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Grounds for Account Closure

The following non-exhaustive list of circumstances may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards platform staff or other users.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jilevobd account may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@jilevobd. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. jilevobd is not responsible for any funds in an account closed due to a breach of these terms.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a player account — whether initiated by jilevobd or the player — all licences and permissions granted under these Terms & Conditions to access and use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
